Natasha Diaz, D.M.D.
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
When Dr. Diaz visited her pediatric dentist as a young child in Puerto Rico, she decided that one day she too would help patients fall in love with taking care of their teeth. She has continued to pursue this passion and is thrilled to share it with our community.
Before moving back to Atlanta, Dr. Diaz practiced pediatric dentistry in New York City for several years. There, she collaborated with some of the nation’s most renowned pediatric dentists and gained valuable experience that allows her to practice at the highest level.
Her goal is to make your child’s visit comfortable, relaxing, and fun. She is fully trained in completing dental treatment under oral conscious sedation and in-office general anesthesia. By focusing on growth/development along with the overall health of a child’s mouth, she is able to help guide patients through the many changes they face as they mature.
Dr. Diaz loves volunteering her time to help children keep their smiles healthy and bright. She has traveled to Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Mexico where she provided dental care to underserved local pediatric populations. She also enjoys visiting local classrooms and community events to show kids that the dentist can be informative and fun!
Outside of the office, Dr. Diaz enjoys spending time in the sun and exploring new cuisines with her husband, Dr. Grant Burgdorf, who is an endodontist in the Atlanta area. She is fluent in Spanish, loves salsa dancing and running, and is an avid home baker.
